All products listed on Riderplex are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Payments

We support secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. The following methods are accepted:

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Riderplex does not store or access your payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product type, and courier availability.

Shipping delays caused by couriers, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to stock errors, payment issues, or other reasons.

8. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

Care Products:

❌ No returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Accessories:

✔ Eligible for return/replacement within 7 days of delivery
✔ Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.

9. Warranty & Liability

All products are sold “as-is” with only the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
Riderplex does not provide any additional warranty unless explicitly mentioned.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper use

  • Wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Third-party services or installations

10. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes

  • Resell products without authorization
