Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping at Riderplex. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns, replacements, and refunds for eligible products under the conditions below:

Not Eligible for Return:

❌ Car & bike care products (due to hygiene, safety & contamination concerns)

Eligible for Return:

✔ Accessories
✔ Must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags & accessories
✔ Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery


2. Refund, Replacement & Exchange Options

For eligible returns, customers may choose between:

✔ Full Refund
✔ Replacement for the same product
✔ Exchange for another item
✔ Store Credit (optional)


3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by Riderplex.
In some cases, a waiver or credit note may be issued instead.


4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to either:

✔ Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
✔ Bank transfer or store credit (for COD orders)


5. Refund Processing Time

Refund timelines depend on the respective payment gateway or bank, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval and product inspection.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/video proof

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Registered name/phone/email

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will guide you through the process.


9. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Used or installed items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items bought during clearance sale / special promos (if mentioned)


10. Abuse of Return Policy

Excessive or fraudulent returns may lead to:

  • Partial refund

  • Refusal of future returns

  • Account restrictions
