At Riderplex, we strive to ship every order quickly, safely, and efficiently so you can enjoy your products without delay. Please read our shipping terms below.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We process and ship orders every working day (Monday–Saturday).

⏰ Daily Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM

  • Orders placed before 3 PM → Ships same day

  • Orders placed after 3 PM → Ships next business day

No dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery duration depends on the delivery location, courier availability, and serviceability.

Estimated average delivery window:

  • Metro cities: Fastest delivery

  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: Moderate delivery time

  • Remote / rural areas: Slightly longer depending on logistics

Exact delivery time will be shown at product page, checkout and via tracking updates.


3. Shipping Charges

✔ No minimum order value
✔ No hidden fees
✔ No extra charge for COD orders


4. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners.

We deliver to:
✔ All metros
✔ Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
✔ Semi-urban / rural regions
✔ North East, J&K, and remote locations (if courier supports delivery)

If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified before checkout or via support team.


5. Courier Partners

We use multiple premium logistics services including:

  • Bluedart

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Xpressbees

  • Ecom Express

  • and other partners depending on the location & service availability

Tracking information is automatically shared once your order is shipped.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

✔ COD available for all serviceable pin codes
✔ No additional fees for COD orders
✔ We reserve the right to disable COD for high-value / bulk orders


7. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • SMS and/or Email with tracking link

  • Updates from our shipping partner as the order moves

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide order ID and tracking details

  • We will assist with replacement, reshipment or resolution


9. Undeliverable / Failed Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and fails due to customer unavailability or invalid address, the order may be returned to us. We may require re-shipping fees for the second attempt.
